Hazel Anderson-Turner signs publishing deal with The Unbound Press

We are SO excited to announce that Hazel Anderson-Turner has signed a deal with The Unbound Press to publish her forthcoming book!

Of her journey so far, Hazel shares:

‘I am a business and coaching psychologist working predominantly with the NHS in the area of burnout prevention. My own experience of burnout 8 years ago was the start of a journey which resulted in me discovering Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT not only deepened my coaching and training practice, it improved my own experience of life immeasurably.’

Of the inspiration and purpose behind her book, Hazel says:

‘I was drawn to write this book because I believe that everyone should have access to tools and strategies that help them to live more easily with themselves and create a life they really want to live. I am on a mission to encourage everyone who takes a coaching approach in their work to add ACT into their toolkit.

ACT took my coaching beyond those essential skills of listening well and asking good questions. It became a philosophy for life that has improved my relationship with myself and others and has given me greater confidence to deal with the challenges that life invariably throws at me. This is what I want for my readers too.’

The Unbound Press is delighted to be a part of the birth of Hazel’s powerful and much-needed book and we can already feel how truly valuable it will be in helping people to create shifts and change their lives for the better.
